How to delete your account

1. Sign in to RoomStamp at roomstamp.com.
2. Open the dashboard Manage menu and choose My Account.
3. Download any exports you need first (CSV account data and/or network vCard) from the same page.
4. Use Delete account and complete the confirmation step.

You must be signed in to complete this flow. Deletion removes dashboard access and account-linked data as described in the confirmation dialog.

What is removed

Account deletion removes your RoomStamp account access and associated personal data tied to that account, subject to limited retention only where required by law (for example billing records or abuse-prevention logs). Event rooms and content you hosted may be affected as described in the delete confirmation.

Deleting your RoomStamp account does not delete accounts you hold directly on third-party platforms. Manage those with each platform’s own tools.
