How do I upgrade to Pro?

Open My plan in your dashboard and select Upgrade to Pro when billing is enabled for your account.

How do I cancel my plan?

Go to My plan and use the billing controls to cancel renewal. Cancellation keeps access through your current paid period.

How do refunds work?

Refund requests are reviewed case by case based on purchase timing, usage, and applicable law. Contact support from the details below to submit a request.

How do I delete my account?

Open Manage > My Account in the dashboard, then use Delete account. A confirmation overlay explains room and data impact; download exports first if you need a copy of your data.
