Your data, exports, and account deletion

RoomStamp provides direct controls for account-linked data and privacy requests.

  • Download a copy: Signed-in users can open My Account in the dashboard Manage menu. From there, you can download a CSV export of account-linked data and a vCard (.vcf) of saved network contacts. Exports reflect our records at download time; very large histories may be capped as noted in the file.
  • Delete your account: The same page includes Delete account with a confirmation step. Deletion removes your dashboard access and account-linked data as described in the dialog. Download anything you need before confirming.
  • Privacy policy: Our Privacy Policy describes categories of data, purposes, retention, international transfers, and your rights. We do not sell your personal information for money.
  • Other requests: For requests you cannot complete in the product, email privacy@roomstamp.com from the address associated with your account, if possible.
